RimCup

Hemispherical shaped cup flatted on the top.

Its equatorial reinforcement increases the press-fit, maximising the primary fixation. It has 4 holes to use self taping, low profile, 6.5 mm. cancellous screws when additional fixation is needed.

These holes are presented with removable titanium plugs to avoid wear particles migration.

The porous coating through Titanium alloy plasma spray and hydroxyapatite, is a “closed pore” design which acts like a barrier against abrasion wear particles migration and gives exceptional rotational stability and better long term fixation.

The Ringloc^® locking system between shell and liner provides maximum push out and lever out strength.
